Returns & Exchanges Policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process
returns. By ordering from us online you agree to our terms and conditions.
All our products are inspected prior to dispatch all returns will be processed
within 1-3 working days.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels
attached. Goods may be tried on for fit but must be otherwise unworn.
Goods must be returned unsoiled and undamaged. Must include the original
receipt of purchase.
All returns must be received at dispatch within 30 days from date of invoice.
If you wish to make an return or exchange you must inform us of the reason.
All goods will be inspected by our quality inspection department
To verify the reason for their return or exchange.
If we deem that the reason is not genuine then you will be charged for the
delivery costs of the replacement goods.
If the orignal goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described,
or do not fit correctly,
then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods (inside Australia
only) International customers will be charged delivery costs.
Goods may only be exchanged for goods of equal or lesser value you must
specify style number/name/size/colour of the goods you would
like to receive in exchange for the originals.
Safe return of all goods is the responsibility of the customer we recomend
using registered post and safe keeping of your tracking numbers.
$5.00 re delivery fee for your exchange. If you would like to exchange an item
please send the product back to P.O Box 199 Tabulam Nsw 2469.
Please include $5.00 (Money order or credit card details) For re delivery
please note cheque's will not be accepted.
